When you upload content to our platform ("User Content"), including interview guides, survey questions, or data sources to train the AI, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a license to use, copy, and process this content as necessary to provide the Services. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• You have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals whose personal data is included in your User Content

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Services to improve our platform and services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services contain proprietary content, information, and material that is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:
